I have run the Cleaner, I have uninstalled and resintalled multiple times. What is going on? I'm mid project and suddenly it doesn't work.
Using a VALID Windows 10 copy. Updated all CC products and ran the Adobe Cleaner. Help?

you need win 10 64bit build 10.0.15063 or later.  (and that activate notice looks problematic.)

Ignore the windows activation. That is a screenshot from a different issue. When I get the error I cannot use any Screen Capture tools. So I just found a similar screenshot and used it. I have the current version of WIndows, checked for updates. meaning there is nothing newer than what I have. The service was working perfectly 2 days ago. Any other suggestions? If a screenshot is required specifically from my screen I can use my phone, but I don't think it matters.

if it was working before on the same os, you should reset the xd preferences by deleting the preference file(s).  i don't know where those are located so you'll need to do some sleuthing.

From what I can find in forums there is no preference folder for Adobe XD. This being the case I assume this isn't something that is effecting it. I am at a loss, I have had no other issues with Adobe up until now.

I worked with support, I updated windows 10 still not working. I'm ready to swap from Adobe products....any additional assistance.
