Adobe XD gives error on launch "Windows cannot access..." in enterprise environment.

Hi 

 

The last working update for me was 22.1.12.5

 

The following update resulted in a the error "Windows cannot access the specfied device,path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

The specified file was C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Adobe.CC.XD_24.2.22.8_x64__adky2gkssdxte\CreativeSDKAppServiceClient.exe

 

As the Adobe Creative Cloud only allows installation of up to 3 versions back, i am unable to install 22.1.12.5

 

My Current working enviroment is in a enterprise with the various security policy enforced. And this issue exist across multiple machines within our company.

Note: we have tried granting the user's account full control over the specified folder. however the error still remains.

 

Please advise:

- How to resolve the issue, OR

- How to get version 22.1.12.5

Have sent an email to ecs@adobe.com yesterday.

 

No acknowledgement of email yet, is this the correct email?

Suspect there are others who are facing similar issues as well as 16 others are watching this issue.

Please help us check on this as now i have 3 users being blocked from their work.

For the paid version, is there any additional support that expedites this?
