Hi Ashay,

Thanks for sharing the information. Are you still experiencing the issue in XD 36.2 version? Does that happen with a specific plugin or all the plugins? Please try signing out of XD, Creative Cloud, restart the machine, and then sign back in. Let us know if that works.

We will try our best to help.

Thanks,

Harshika

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please confirm the version of XD? I tested this on the latest version of XD that is 36.1 and was able to install the plugins.

Regards

Rishabh

Hello,

I am having this same issue. I opened XD yesterday, not sure if it updated recently, but all my xd plugins are not compatible. Any new plugins I add become not compatible. When I try to uninstall them i get an Error code - 6. I tried the signout, shutdown, restart, and sign back in route but that didn't work either.

Version: 43.0.12.14

Thanks for your help!

Hi Rishabh,

I have collected the adobe log files and have a shareable link for them. Should I post that link here?

Thanks,

So I just got support by chat. This did the trick:

I see so you are unable to install new plugins, Please follow these steps once- Sign out of Adobe CC Desktop app.
Close Creative Cloud and all Adobe-related processes from Activity Monitor.
Sign back in on Adobe CC Desktop app, Launch XD from CC and check again if it works or not.
