I have searched the community to see if there are any similar errors, and you’ve not been able to find anyOn the full, paid Creative Cloud suite.Manage to get past the initial opening of the app but then it is crashing after about 5/10 mins of being in the program.Restarted the Mac and uninstalled and reinstalled the XD application but still encountering the same issuesAny advice, Much appreciated
Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please uninstall XD using the Adobe XD Cleaner tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and then re-install XD. If this doesn't help, please share system logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html by adding them to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link through DM by clicking on my name.
