Adobe XD launches with a white screen and closes on launch

Like many others I too am facing the issue of Adobe XD not launching. I'm using Adobe XD on windows 10 enterprise. The app simply launches shows a white screen and closes. Since I'm using a laptop Dell 7577 ( i5 7300HQ GTX 1060 Max-Q), I'm using the latest drivers provided by Dell. I've tried removing it and reinstalling it almost 5+ times now. I've even removed and reinstalled CC 3 times now. None of the solutions provided in the other discussions seem to work. Please help me out with this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Adobe has a page dedicated to this issue. See if anything here helps solve your problem.

I found after the two recent updates that all I have had to do was shutdown and restart my computer and the white screen issue went away so I'm not sure of any other suggestions other than the link above to help solve this one.

I have tried the all the above solutions including the registry edit. Still facing the same issue. I have restarted after each solution provided as well, but to no success. I'm currently on windows 10 ver. 1809 (17763.529).

Do you have an option to update Windows 10? I believe the current version is 1903.

Unfortunately I do not have the option to upgrade to 1903 for at least a year.
