Adobe XD not responding at all

Adobe XD appear on my doc. I click to open it and nothing happen. The little black dot is there under the icon just for a second and disseaper fast. I was having the message before Check with the developer to make sure......etc etc. I chat with a tech and we do this :

Reinstall Cloud - not working

Try older version - not working

Restart in safe mode and change usur - not working

 

My Imac is up to date (INTEL) and etc and work very well with others adobe apps and etc

I have to work with XD and i pay for the service and i can not......it's very bad for me and my business.

Any help here ? Thank's !

   Have you tried uninstall the Xd and reinstall??

 

  Can you try rebooting your machine?

  this helped some users.
