I am facing an issue regarding cloud documents in adobe xD. I am not seeing the remote changes that I have done on my other system. Now When I logged in from why work computer, it's not showing me those changes, although I have the same accounts on both machines. Can Anyone Help?

Are you doing co-editing on both the machines, without enabling live editing. Then you must see conflict dialogue soon once saving is done.

If you are opening account on secod machine after saving edits in first machine, then edits should get auto-saved and synced because it is a cloud document. No dialog will appear if you have done no edits on second machine and you opened the same file after few minutes, it should auto sync.

Hello Muhammad,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Is it with specific files or with all cloud files. I hope there was no syncing issue with Creative cloud.

Could you please provide the logs of your machine:

  2.  Mac: ~/Library/Logs/CreativeCloud/CCX Welcome
  3.  Win: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp\CreativeCloud\CCX Welcome
  4. AdobeXD.log
  5.  Mac: ~/Library/Logs/Adobe/AdobeXD/AdobeXd.log
  6.  Win: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Adobe.XD.XXXX\LocalState\AdobeXD.log
  7. CCX Process Install Log
  8.  Mac: /Library/Logs/CreativeCloud/CCXProcessInstall.log
  9.  Win: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp\CreativeCloud\CCX Welcome
  10. NGL Logs ( Collect all the NGL logs from the location )
  11. Mac: ~/Library/Logs/NGLClient_AdobeXDXXXXX.log
  12. Win:  %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Adobe.XD.XXXX\ AC\ Temp\  NGLClient_AdobeXDXXXXX.log
  13. CCX Welcome Cache Data
        Mac: ~/Library/Logs/Caches/Adobe/CCX Welcome
        Win:  %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CCX Welcome

If possible provide the logs of both machine.
