Hello everyone,

I have trouble using my adobe for team license.

On the adobe platform it shows that i have 2 plans. (adobbe for team and the free trial one)

Whenever i try to use adobe XD, i cannot publish links (i have only one) though i have the team plan and it always asks me to upgrade for a premium license. And the team license is not visible.

I tried signing out and then signing back in to Creative Cloud but i have the same problem.

Can someone please advise on how can this problem be resolved ?

Thank you.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like there is a conflict because of two subscription module activated on the same Adobe ID. I'd recommend contacting us directly using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
