Adobe Xd won't launch

i have two computers, and on one of them  Xd won't launch, there is juste a white screen withe the name "adobe Xd cc" at the top, and after few seconds it closes.
My both computers are up to date on windows.
And i tried to install v15.0.12 and i can't even install it.

Any idea ?

spec of the PC where it won't launch (idk if it can help) :

i7 6700

msi Z170SLIA PLUS

16gb ddr4

1080Ti

samsung 970 evo nvme

Thanks for sharing the details, I would request you to update Adobe XD to the latest build, which is Adobe XD 16. In case you are still facing this trouble, please try the steps mentioned here: - Adobe XD shows white screen after launch and crashes on Windows and update this discussion.

I have the same issue, those dlls are all set to grant those permissions. This issue started happening after the update

I got into the CC to check the version and it was that, also checked the Xd and it works. I guess the Xd updated before the CC, thanks!
