adope Xd installer Stuck at 60%

I am trying to download Xd and it stuck at 60% I've used CC Cleaner tool, updated my GPU Drivers, and disabled Windows defender , but non of these worked for me, anyone has an idea ?

Did you try to update CC application manager? Reinstalling of CC Apps Manager can help sometimes.
