All my workday artboards was lost in cloud file

It's the second consecutive day I'm having problems with adobe XD cloud file. The interface shows that all work is saved, I can generate the specs but when reopen the file in the next day, all work is lost. How can I recover these artboards? And how could be possible generate specs and the file wasn't saved?

Hi Felipe,

 

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please try to access the file from this location: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents

 

If yes, then posssibly the file is not synched with Adobe XD app, so please try the steps below:

 

  1. Sign out of XD and Adobe CC Desktop app.
  2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe related processes from Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
  3. Sign back in on Adobe CC Desktop app and launch Adobe XD from there and check again and let us know how it goes.

I tried to open the assets at the first time, but the file is outdated there too. The strange behavior is that all time the * was hidden and the cloud was filled as connected, but the file wasn't sync. I published the specs, closed the file and when I reopened it was outdated.
