Almost all audio playback actions suddenly not working / gone

Hi!
My audio playbacks aren't working in my prototype. 
I get the "There was a problem with the playback action" message, but I don't really know what the issue is. 
There are some sounds that are still working, but almost all of them just stopped working a couple of hours ago. I can still import new ones, and they seem to be working, but that means that I would have to import all the soundfiles again and place them into the protype all over again, which would also be at the risk of this simply happening again when I'm done.

Is there something I've done wrong or have simply overlooked?

Hi There,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I tried audio playback with some audio files and its working fine in my machine. I did on a Windows 10 machine and on the latest version of XD which is 28.9.12.2. Could you please confirm the OS version and the XD version you are using and also is it possible for you to share the file and video so that we can understand your Issue clearly and test it on our end?

 

I would also like to know a few more details like-

  • Is it happening with every file?
  • Since when you started facing this issue?
  • Is the Issue is with specific audio files or all ,since you have mentioned you can Import and use new audio files?
  • Are you working in an enterprise network?
