Artboard name not showing and cannot move artboards

The names of my artboards are not showing, therefore I cannot move them around the canvas. 

You can see in the picture that the ARTBOARD is listed in the side panel and is highlighted but the name does not appear above the arboard and cannot be grabbed and dragges around.

Your using Windows or macOS and did you try reinstalling the XD App

the same here! I have exactly the same problem, I have a lot of artboards and some of them suddenly don't have any names anymore and can't be moved or adjusted anymore.
I reinstalled the app but it hasn't improved. What can that be? since this problem I can't publish a release anymore and the customer is waiting...
btw, i'm a mac user, with the latest version of xd and creative cloud!
