Artboard won't download

Confused as to why my artboard won't download, I'm new to this stuff so I can't tell if pixels are my issue or the other common issues listed on Adobe's FAQ. All the message says is that my file cannot be downloaded, without any reasoning listed. Someone please help I don't want to have to restart.

Please provide more details. You mean downloading full artbord from the published project?

Hey! My issue was resolved, not sure how but it randomly downloaded. Thank
