artboards not visible

in xd when i start a new design or when i open a xd file the artboards are not visible to me and i can not do any thing .

i can not draw my own artboard or use any component cause there is no visible artboard

Can you share any saved xd new file? 

Did you try to re-install Adobe Xd?

I have the same problem and I reinstall adobe xd but this problem not fix
