Outage affecting loading of prototype and design specs and Adobe services

Hi all,

Quick Update: The outage is mostly resolved for XD. Please restart your computer and let us know if you are still running into similar issues.

There is currently an outage that leads to issues with loading your prototypes and design specifications. You may also experience issues logging into some of the Creative Cloud services. The teams are working on it, and we will update this post as soon as we have more info.

For the latest updates, see https://status.adobe.com/

Thanks,

Preran

The Adobe XD 29 update is now live!

Hi everyone,

Offline Coediting and Zoom Controls in shared links, two of the most requested features, have now made their way into this update.

coediting_withoutwifi1.png

Offline support for Coediting

  • Work on shared documents even when you’re not connected to the internet. Any changes made to the document offline are pushed to all collaborators once a connection is re-established.
If there are conflicting changes when a connection is re-established, you can discard your local changes or save a copy of the document with your new changes to avoid merging issues.

Zoom controls in shared links

  • Now you can zoom in and out on designs when viewing them via shared links. Zoom controls are available in both desktop and mobile browsers. For more info, see Zoom controls for shared prototype links

We would love to hear your observations about this update. Share your feedback by replying to this post.

Thanks,

Preran

Avoid Phishing: 3 Easy Ways to Identify Adobe Staff

We have received several reports where some individuals in the community are posing as Adobe Employees. These individuals are falsely representing who they are to gain your trust, and possibly access to your computer or personal information by offering to help troubleshoot issues.

Here are 3 Easy ways you can identify Adobe Staff:

➊ All Adobe Staff have a RED ADOBE BADGE below their profile picture and an Adobe logo after their username. This staff badge is visible on Adobe Staff profile pages, original posts and reply threads.

➋ Genuine Adobe emails are always __________@adobe.com

➌ Adobe Staff will never ask you to share your passwords or sensitive information in the Adobe Community. Adobe employees will always direct you to communicate through an official Adobe channel to set up support sessions.

Report abuse or suspicious behavior to: phishing@adobe.com
