Be able to update/upload all Spec (or review) links at same time

Currently when publishing "Share for Review" links (which are just the prototypes) it's very handy that we can keep the same link and just update/publish new designs to it.

With publishing "Share for Development" it becomes complex because we can publish different specs for Web, Android, iOS.

I would like to be able to update them all at the same time; and keep the links the same; since in the workflow, I just publish the review version and spec version at the same time (a button to be able to do this, so the combination, would also be handy)
