Bug Report - Scrolling groups are broken when used on an overlay menu

Hello,

I've tried to create an overlay menu with a set vertical scrolling height so the menu doesn't scroll over the search bar.

As soon as you start scrolling, the scroll height breaks and the menu can be scrolled out of bounds.

This only seems to happen when using an overlay though as I could not replicate the bug on a normal page.
