can i create an app to my dental clinic with only adobe xd ?!

hi, i want to know if i can with only adobe xd and some plugins make my dream come to live

i want to create a personel software to my dental clinic, i like to control and follow my patients data ( appointment ,calendar, payment and more...) 

and if there is some adobe app that can help me easy to learn ..

please i need your help!

Adobe XD is meant for prototyping your app interface. You can also use it to communicate with a developer about what you want this to look and to behave.

You can't use XD to actually build the app.
