Can't Drag&Drop images to Adobe XD

Hello!

I've just installed Adobe XD and at the step 2 of the tutorial I can't drag&drop the talin.jpg from the folder as shown in the description. I've tried with other pictures but still doesn't work. It shows that 'not allowed' sign (crossed circle).

I'm an experienced in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and the drag&drop function works. Adobe XD says nope.

Also, I'm using Windows 10 if that helps.

What can I do?

Most issues of this nature are fixed by updating your graphic drivers. Can you update drivers by visiting the manufacturer's site and let us know?
