Hi there,

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble, we'll try our best to help you with it. Could you please try the steps shared below:

  1. Sign out of XD and Adobe CC Desktop app.
  2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe related processes from Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
  3. Sign back in on Adobe CC Desktop app and launch Adobe XD from there and check again if it works or not.

If this doesn't help, please share a few more details like:

  • A screenshot of the About XD info page.
  • The version of the Operating System.
  • Are you connected to a private network or a managed network like a work or school network?
  • Please check if you are able to see the links here: https://assets.adobe.com/links

Regards

Rishabh

I did the steps and now I see this:

A screenshot of the About XD info page:

  • Operating system: Windows 10 Pro.
  • I'm connected to a private network.
  • I see the links here: https://assets.adobe.com/links  But the first project on the list I can't view. And here is info about "only me".  It's weird because the link is public - I have this option selected.

Please help me, developers use this link at work. Now we can't see the project and develop.

I am so sorry for the delay in response. This generally happens when you are not signed in with the same email address using which the file was published. So could there be a possibility that you are currently signed in with a different email address? I'd request you to please check that. If you are signed in with the same email address, could you please try opening that file and in share mode, please check if you are getting an option to update the link or create a new link?
