Character Styles Previews: Adobe Fonts vs. Installed Fonts

When I use fonts that were downloaded from a source outside of Adobe Fonts, the character styles preview (the "Ag") does not accurately display the font styling. For instance, below I have a text style that's defined as Bold, but all the previews show up as Regular.

Outside of this, I've also noticed that I'm only able to use keyboard shortcuts for Bold and Italic on Adobe Fonts, but not fonts downloaded from other sources.

Hi there,

We're so sorry for the delay in response. Could you please try re-installing fonts weight separately and let us know if that solves the issue or if you need any further assistance.

Regards
