Hola! Hace dos semanas que estoy trabajando con XD y se me cierra a cada rato, de la nada.

Me ofrecen enviar un informe pero nunca se han contactado conmigo y no estoy pudiendo laburar. ¿Podran ayudarme?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of XD & OS.
  2. Is it crashing while working on a specific file or multiple files?
  3. Is it crashing while doing a specific task or it's crashing randomly?

Te cuento:

  • El sistema operativo que uso es Windows 10, versión 20H2
  • La version de XD es la última actualización lanzada (35.2.12)
  • Y se me cierra inesperadamente, realizando cualquier tarea en mas de un archivo, lo que te puedo decir que son archivos que se sincronizan constantemente en la nube para poder usar las librerías.

I am so sorry for the delay in response. Please update XD to the latest version which is 35.3 and check if it works fine. If it still crashes, please collect system logs by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
