Cloud Document Editing Yesterday is Disappeared :'(

I have editing file on cloud document yesterday, but when I open the same file today, what I have finished work yesterday is disappeared!!! The file is same as what I haven't updated...

Also, the history list is not record all the timstamp... and the latest one is an empty artboard...

Could you help to give me a suggestion how can I find the latest updated file?

Did you turn on Coediting? The same thing happened to me. there still a lot of errors in this feature.

Thanks for your feedback!

I hvae not turn on Coediting feature for this Cloud Document.

However, it also happen on our other Cloud Document file which has turn on Coediting feature. :'(

 

Maybe you could tried the suggestion from Adobe below as well. 🙂

I apologize for your experience. To help us investigate, can you run the log collector tool, download the log files to your computer, upload them to a shared location such as Creative Cloud or Google Drive and share the URL here? I can log a bug for investigation.

XD is awesome for helping us to work, we really love the Coediting feature but it seems not stable that we usually lost what we have finished work on Cloud Document...
Do you have any suggestion what workaround for us to avoid the issue happen?

My adobe XD won't open. I've tried all methods in adobe community but it
has no effect. What can I do to fix this problem?
