I am not able to find so many files on my XD. All the cloud files have disapperared. Please help.

Sorry to hear you are unable to see your files in XD. Would you mind checking if you're logged in with the enterprise ID with company account? For immediate assistance, you may create a case, start a chat, or manage an existing case from the Admin Console's support tab if you're a System or Support administrator using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.cc.html
If not, then contact your admin and ask them to create a case or start chat thru the admin console.
