Sorry to hear about the trouble. I'd request if you can try the follow steps and share your observation:

 

  1. Please log on here(https://assets.adobe.com/files.) and check if you are able to see the documents there?
  2. If you can see the documents there, please ensure that you are signed in with the correct email address using which you were signed in at the time of saving the document.
  3. If it still doesn't work, try signing out and signing in from the Creative Cloud Desktop App and then check again.
