We are sorry to hear you are facing crash issues with XD. We would like to know a few more details in order to investigate about the issue.

 

  • Are you and your collaborators working on same XD version & Operating system?
  • Is it happening with all the files or with a specific file?
  • Is it only happening when coediting is enabled?

 

We would request you to please generate a crash report and log files using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and upload it to a shared location such as Creative Cloud & share the url with me over a private message. It would be really helpful if you can share a sample file as well.

 

Please share the URL of this forum post for reference.

We all have the same XD version and the same operating system.

It is happeing on the same cloud file that we are colaborating on. 

It is only happening when coediting is enabled.
