[COLLABORATION]- Dialog box with Unsaved changes appears occasionally

One of my colleagues gets this error message while she is working on a project where coediting is enabled. The following error message occasionally appears when there is only 1 person working in the document.

This introduces a significant and risk of losing work. I can confirm that the error is not due to unstable internet connection. All other applications work as normal.

Is this a known issue? Have similar cases been registered and if so, is there a workaround?
