[Collaboration]-Issues when Multiple users are working in a Cloud Document - Beta in XD.

Dear XD team,

 

We have been testing using the Beta option with multiple designers within the same Cloud Document and are experiencing a lot of issues:

 

• Users tend to drop out and disappear a lot

• The warning notification along the top that 'changes have been made elsewhere' appears and when 'Update' is selected the document reloads and wipes anything the user who received the notification has done. Voiding any co-op work.

 

These may or may not be caused by:

• When the original author periodically hits save (a Ctrl-S twitch we all have from habit).

• When the document has too many canvases

• When the document has too many placed BMPs

 

I hope we can help to improve this feature, it is very exciting to have a workflow similar to Google Slides with multiple designers all beavering-away at the same time!

Hi Andy, sorry for the delay in response. While using Cloud documents there are a couple of things which we need to keep in mind.

Hi Ares, this isn't a feature request its more of a bug report / feedback.

 

The 'Adobe XD: Bugs (Read-Only)' forum is now read-only, and a statement there says to post them over here on:
"Bug reports can be shared in our Adobe XD Community Forum, https://forums.adobe.com/community/adobexd"

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues while collaborating on the document in XD. Is it possible for you to share a short video capturing the behavior for better understanding? We would request you to please share the OS and XD version of your machine.
