It's more difficult to access or find the files which we were working on XD after the tool has been updated. It would be better if we access the recently open file after updating the XD. Thought?

We have the current version of XD available as (28.6). Could you please update to the current version?

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harshika

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out and using Adobe XD. Based on what you said it looks like you are unable to see the recent file after updating Adobe XD. Would you mind confirming if you are able to see the file here as shown in the screenshot below? If not, please share the screenshot of your about XD info page. Are you getting any error message on the screen?

We will try our best to help.

Hi Harshika,

Thank you for taking interest in the issue.
No, I don't get any error, just after updating my XD, I lost my recently open files on recent/home screen of the XD.

Thanks again

Hi Harshika,

Find the attached screenshot of the XD home screen, XD is updated as it's automated so I won't be able to share the empty without any recently open files on the home screen. Hope that makes sense.

Thank youScreenshot 2020-04-12 16.26.27.pngScreenshot 2020-04-12 16.26.40.png

Nope, I'm pretty sure about that. It won't show anything through File > Open Recent.
