[Crash/Load]- Adobe XD is crashing unexpectedly.

Adobe XD started to crash unexpectedly from today morning, and it's happening while trying to open the cloud documents. I have tried it reinstalling the software but still the same. Kindly let me know why I am facing this.

Would you mind trying the steps mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/xd/kb/adobeXD-launches-into-white-screen-on-windows.html? If that doesn't help, please share the OS and XD version of your machine. We would also suggest checking the graphic card drivers update.

Hi Jithin, we haven't heard from you on this one. Are you still experiencing this issue? Please ensure that you're using latest version of XD.
