Crashes after reordering layers

Follwoing latest update (v30.2.12) the Layers sidebar keeps freezing when trying to reorder layers. If I closethe app and repopen, I can reorder one layer and then it crashes at the secind attempt. Consistent. 1st attempt works, 2nd crashes.

It used to happen before every once in a while but following latest update it happens every time.

  1. The version of the Operating System.
  2. Is it happening on all the files or on a specific file?
  3. Will it be possible for you to share a small video of what exactly is happening at your end?
