It would be great if we could animate/transtion in elements that will overlay onto the screen for prototyping instead of duplicating an artboard & using auto-animate to create this illusion eg. dropdown menus, modals, pop ups & slide menu

There are no less than three methods to realize such behavior:

1. using the Overlay feature, the oldest one, and exactly right;

2. using -indeed- Auto Animate, for more complex animations;

3. using Component States, but i.m.h.o. a less obvious method.
