사진처럼 초기화 중 문제가 발생했다는 메시지가 뜨면서 라이브러리 기능을 전혀 사용할 수 없습니다.

이 문제로 인해 프로젝트의 에셋공유기능을 활용하지 못하고 있으며, 해당 문제를 해결하기 위해서 Creative cloud와 xd를 재설치하고 adobe의 안내문을 모두 따라했지만  문제는 해결되지 않았습니다..T^T51651.PNG

Have you checked if there are any updates available for the Creative Cloud app? Have you also tried with a different internet connection?

I have completed all the updates of the Creative cloud app, and have tried other internet, such as setting the DNS address, but the status does not improve.
