I can Delete a link in the manage link CC dashboard, but it does not delete from the dropdown within the XD Program. Is there a way to do this?

We apologies for the frustration and delay in response. The team has already logged a bug for the same behaviour and is working on it fix it. You may see the improvements in the future releases of XD.

  • Would you mind sharing the OS & XD version of your machine?
  • Have you permanently deleted the links from manage links?

I've got the same problem. Windows 10 v1903, XD v24.3.22.2

 

Capture 1 :

The deleted links (red marked) still show in the dropdown. The only remaining link in the manager is the green one

 

Capture 2 :

When try to update a deleted link any, I receive an error message (erreur 55:84) stating that the link doesn't exist anymore

 

Capture 3 :

When I click on a deleted link in the XD panel I got a login message even if no password was entered

We have the exact same problem here. It seems to be impossible to delete links.

I klick on "Links verwalten..." (probably "Manage links..."?) and on the website I delete the links. When I come back to XD they are still there. So I restarted the program but still the same.

I am running:

  • Windows 10, Version 10.0.18362, Build 18362
  • Adobe CC XD with the latest updates (v. 24.3.22.2, CC-sync: 4.3.14.8)

I've done that in a previous answer above.

1/ Links are deleted through the online link manager

2/ Links still show in the xd file

3/ Trying to update a deleted link returns an error 55:84 stating that the link doesn't exist anymore (thanks, captain obvious)

4/ Clicking a deleted link from the panel opens the browser to a login page even though no password had ever been entered
