Drag in Prototype works inconsistently

Hi there, I have a prototype with several artboards (who deosn't) and have a drag action working perfectly on one screen, but on the subsequent one with the same settings it simply doesn't work. I have another drag action later in the prototype and again it doesn't work. It shows me the hand pointer but does't allow me to drag. Click works fine.

Anyone else seen this problem and found a solution?

OK further testing - the prototype drag action does work, but it incorrectly interpreting the swipe direction as right-to-left instead of bottom-to-top. same item (copy & pasted) with X position the same and Y a lesser number.

Fixed by:

1. Drag origination board has no scroll enabled
2. Deleted the destination board and used a copy&paste of the origination board, with the drag item's Y position lesser

Definitely a bug, kind of a pain to have to delete and start over - but glad that worked at least.
