Error 5752 when opening a cloud file from Windows

Having an issue where when I open up a cloud document I'm working where there are mac users and windows users working on the same document, I get this error 5752 which prevents me from working on this cloud file and instead forces me to save it locally. Any ideas on what is going on here and how to fix it? Attached a screenshot
