I'am getting this error everytime I try to Publish my XD designs to create public link

If this doesn't help, please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of Adobe XD and the Operating System,
  2. Are you connected to a private network or a managed network like a work or school network?
  3. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
  4. Have you tried creating a link using a different presets in view settings to check if it's happening with a specific preset?

Hi Rishabh,

 

Below are the required details:

 

The version of Adobe XD - 5.0.12.8 (can't update to a newer version because of some IT restrictions)

Operating System - Windows 10

Connected to a private network

Its happening with each file, even with new ones.

Have you tried creating a link using a different presets in view settings to check if it's happening with a specific preset? - not aware of how to do so.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot, Aparna. The XD you are using is quite old as we are on XD 30.2 version. We would suggest raising the support ticket with Enterprise team with the help of the link shared above by Rishabh.
