Since upgrading to (33.1.12) I've lost 2 projects to this error code. The file size of each is now 0kb and I'm lost as to why. I can't believe an upgrade has wiped my work but since it's the last two projects I've worked on it seems this way.... Adobe you owe me 8 days of my life! Incidentally I've also had an Id file corrupt as well and Adobe couldn't rescue it. Make that 14 days 🙂 Any ideas please...?
p.s. I have had these files on an external hard drive but eject it via devices.
We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please update XD to the latest version which is 34.0.12 and check if you are able to open the file.
