Hi Abhishek,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Such message is mainly observed when Sign out has been done from any Adobe Creative Cloud Product. I would like to know more about it ,

1. Did you signed out from any adobe product ? If yes, then it is expected behavior. You ned to sign in Xd or do sign in from Creative cloud for no interruptions.

2. Is it happening randomly while working long on Xd, all of sudden ?

3. Or after coming from sleep mode, you are getting this issue?

If step 2 and 3 or some other reason leads to it, then please provide more information. So we can look into the issue.

I don't see any attachments. 

Coud you please share below logs to subedi@adobe.com  So we can have proper investigation on issue. 

  1. CCXProcess Logs

      Mac: ~/Library/Logs/CreativeCloud/CCX Welcome

      Win: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp\CreativeCloud\CCX Welcome

  2. AdobeXD.log

     Mac: ~/Library/Logs/Adobe/AdobeXD/AdobeXd.log

     Win: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Adobe.XD.XXXX\LocalState\AdobeXD.log 

  3. CCX Process Install Log

     Mac: /Library/Logs/CreativeCloud/CCXProcessInstall.log

     Win: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp\CreativeCloud\CCX Welcome

  4. NGL Logs ( Collect all the NGL logs from the location ) 

    Mac: ~/Library/Logs/NGLClient_AdobeXDXXXXX.log 

    Win:  %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Adobe.XD.XXXX\ AC\ Temp\  NGLClient_AdobeXDXXXXX.log 

     

  5. CCX Welcome Cache Data

                Mac: ~/Library/Logs/Caches/Adobe/CCX Welcome

                Win:  %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CCX Welcome 

 

These all logs may be required to look into the issue, make zip file of it and forward to mentioned mail id . Please make sure before looking logs into specified location, your folder setting should be in view state instead of hide.

Sorry for the confusion. As the attachment is not visible because there is no way of directly attaching the file on the community. You need to upload the file to a shared location such as Creative Cloud or Dropbox and then share the URL with Anita or me over a private message.

 

If you find that confusing, you may share the file directly with Anita Subedi over an email address that she shared in her post.

 

Note: Please share the URL of this post over a PM for reference.
