Export Adobe XD to Google Sheet Add-On?

I am using the Google Material Design UI Kit in Adobe XD to design a GSheet add-on (for the menu bar on the right side of the screen). I would like to export my design directly to code. Of course, it will have no functionality. Is this possible w/Adobe XD or any platform?

Thank you for reaching out. As XD is a designing and prototyping app, you may explore plugins like "Export to Web" and "XD to flutter" to get the desired code.
