Export looks good on desktop. But pixelated on phone. But when I zoom in on my phone it’s sharp

Hey there. I have been trying to figure out a solution for this for a while. I created a design in XD. The export looks great on desktop. But on my phone it looks a bit pixelated. Like my lines becomes dotted lines, and the text becomes hard to read. 

Here is the weird part: the more I zoom in on my phone, the better the quality becomes. 

What is causing this? And what should I do to fix it so the quality is good on phone without me zooming in? 

Is this his a resolution problem? 

I have tried with 1x and 2x png and jpg. Original picture is 2200x2200 and I’ve tried exporting as both 2000x2000 and 1000x1000. 

My phone is a retina iPhone 8 

And I work on a MacBook Pro retina 2019. 

Would appreciate if someone knows what I can do.
