[Extensibility]-Chinese Version is missing add plug-in button in XD.

In the Chinese Xd, unlike the interface in the tutorial, the main page of the Chinese version only has the "home" button, the "add-ons" is missing.

Even tho I'm setting to download an English version, Creative Cloud still downloaded a Chinese Xd. There is a "language" option in the Help panel but it turns grey

Could anyone please help or explain?
