Hello. I am trying to access some prototypes created by one of my employees who is no longer with us. I have access to view the last published prototypes, but I am unable to access the raw Xd file. The employee's Adobe account has been closed, so I am unable to log in to their account and grant access to the file as a workaround. This is blocking our ability to perform usability tests on the prototype, since we need to make some adjustments to it prior to our research participants viewing it.
What are our options in this circumstance? Do we need to recreate the entire usability test simply because my employee is gone? This seems like a very important permissioning use case to consider.
