Thanks for reaching out. The current version of XD is 220.127.116.11 so it looks like the XD app on your computer is not up to date, so could you please try updating the app by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
If you are still unable to update to the latest version, please uninstall and re-install XD and let us know if that helps or if you need any further assistance.
In item 4 of the help, when I click on Applications, my creative cloud does not show the auto-update option. The only options available are:
- Place of installation
- Standard installation language
- Show old apps
Could you please try re-installing the application and let us know how it goes. If it still doesn't work, please share a few screenshots of what it shows on your end.
I reinstalled XD and it worked. But why doesn't the Creative Cloud update work? Will I need to reinstall the applications every time there is an update?
It looks like an issue with the Creative Cloud Desktop app, so could you please check if the desktop app is updated to the latest version which is 18.104.22.1680? If not, I'd recommend reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop app as well.
