File doesn't stay open for long & automatically shutdown after a while in XD.

Hello.

I've been trying to open XD files, but they only stay opened for a brief amount of time or shut down right away. It doesn't appear any message.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble opening the file in XD. We would like to know a few more details like-

 

  • What is the OS and XD version of your machine?
  • Is it happening with cloud documents or local documents?
  • Please share the screenshot of your about XD info page.

  • It's a windows 10 with the 29.0.32 XD version;
  • Local documents;
  • I don't have a screenshot, but I'll try to take one throughtout the day and upload it
