I know you can add guides to an artboard by dragging from the left or the top of the artboard.

But this suddnely stopped working for me!

All my guides diappeared and I can't add new ones to any of the artboards - help!

What happened? How do I get them back?

Thanks!

Hey! I just had the same issue and couldn't find a solution online so I started pressing random buttons. For me ctr+shift+, (commar) worked, however, I am using a German keyboard, so it might be a different combination for you! I accidently turned off the guides, as I was adding a mask (ctr+shift+m). So try to press the button right next to m on your keyboard 🙂 I hope this helps!

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I tested this on my end and it seems to be working fine so could you please try re-installing XD and let us know if it helps or if you need any further assistance.

Regards

Rishabh
