Hi guys!
I've a recuring issue with my design file and the final product developed.

I used to design a website with a 1920x1080 file and after the export on zeplin (I've asked them also, waiting for their answer), even if the dev team use the same dimensions as my file, it looks way bigger...
I've read many articles and blogs and I can't find the solution...

To help you, my computer has a 3000x2000 resolution but when I switch it to a 1920x1080 it looks so strange with everything zoomed.

Hope you will be able to help me.

Thanks in advance.

Romain

Hi Romain,

Thank you for reaching out and using Adobe XD. Would you mind checking the display setting of your screen? Please check the resolution and text sizes are normal.

Please see the attached image.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Hi Harshika,

Sorry for my late reply!

I've checked and yes my settings was 200% (recommanded) and 3000x2000 (recommanded). So I've switched to the same settings than you but everything is very very small and/or pixelised... I can't use it like this...

I've checked my XD file and it doesn't change anything, the size of my file seems good and on dev it's x2 bigger.

I really don't understand how to resolve this...

If you have any idea I'm open.

Thanks,

Romain.

Could we do that by private messaging?

It's for a customer so I won't to share that here.

Thank you for your consideration.

Romain.
