[Hardware]-Keyboard shortcut for ungrouping doesn't work in XD.

when I want to group some material I use the Ctrl + G for grouping and it does well but when I want to Ungropuing the Ctrl + Shift + G doesn't work and I had to right-clicking and use the menu.

what should I do for solving this problem?

That's strange to hear. I am unable to reproduce the issue at my end on my windows machine. In addition to what Monika has Suggested, we would like to like to know a few more details like-

• The screenshot of your about XD info page?
• Is it happening with all the files or with this specific file?
• Which operating system you are working on?
