windows10 1809 操作版本系统 17763.615
意外重启时,windows安装了更新 KB4506998,KB4509095,刚才重启安装了更新KB4507469

你说的方法我已经尝试过了,但是没有作用。
1,出现错误提示的文档,本身就已经是云文档,存储在creative cloud里面。
2,注销之后重启,没有作用。我的理解是云文档的文件格式损坏并不能靠软件的重启来解决。
我想问的是,可以联系技术人员,问问有没有修复云文档的可能?回退到某个时间点也行?Adobe XDAdobe Creative Cloud

解决的方法我自己都不清楚,我只是在那里反复的将云文档“打开——报错——关闭”,无意间,就能再次打开文档了。
感觉就是adobe跟我开了个玩笑,我真幸运
